La Onda VIP is a brand operated by Tulum Vibe LLC. We are the party responsible for the information described in this policy.

• Contact and messaging information. If you subscribe to or message our WhatsApp channel, we collect your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, and the content and timing of messages you send to or receive from us.
• Information you choose to provide. If you contact us by email or sign up for updates, we collect what you give us, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the preferences you set (such as event interests and location status). If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google such as your name, email, and profile photo.
• Usage and device information. When you visit our website, we may automatically collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies.
• Interaction data. Which listings, links, or events you click or engage with, so we can improve what we show you.

We use a third-party payment processor (Stripe) to process payments for listing claims and other paid features. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — those are handled directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We may retain a record that a payment occurred (such as a transaction reference, amount, and date) but not your card number.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Send you event updates, recommendations, and messages through our WhatsApp channel after you have opted in.
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service and our listings.
• Understand which content is useful so we can make the Service better.
• Personalize your experience — we use the preferences you provide during sign-up (such as event types, music genres, and your status as a local or visitor) and your activity on the Service (such as the listings and events you view, save, or click) to curate the events, recommendations, and communications we show and send you.

4. WhatsApp Messaging & Opt-Out

We send messages through WhatsApp only to people who have opted in to receive them. We use WhatsApp in accordance with WhatsApp's and Meta's applicable policies.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or BAJA) to any of our WhatsApp messages, or by emailing us at hola@laonda.vip. Once you opt out, we will stop sending you promotional messages. Your use of WhatsApp itself is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. With trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, messaging infrastructure, and analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
• Payment processing. With Stripe, our third-party payment processor, we share the information needed to process payments for listing claims and other paid features (such as the transaction amount and the details required to complete the charge). Stripe handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
• Affiliate and booking partners. When you click a partner or affiliate link (for example, GetYourGuide or Viator), you leave our Service and interact with that third party under their own privacy policy. We do not transfer your contact list to them.
