We’re entering the final two weeks of our month focused on Nervous System Regulation
The first sessions were about building awareness and waking up the body.🕉️
Now we begin to go deeper, expanding our capacity to stay present, regulated, and grounded even in intensity.🌀
If you’ve been feeling: • Overwhelmed or constantly “on” • Struggling to slow down or rest • Emotionally reactive or disconnected
This work is deeply supportive.
We meet every Saturday at sunrise for a practice of breath, movement and meditation.
